Petrotec Controls Inc. is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator. The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years experience with full cycle bookkeeping.
Responsibilities & duties will include, but are not limited to:
A/R (invoicing & collections), A/P (data entry & payments), Payroll & Benefits, Tax Remittances (GST, PST, WCB, & payroll source deductions), as well as assisting management with Safety Administration.
You will be responsible for banking, month-end reporting & reconciliations.
You must be well organized, able to multi-task, & work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be greeting customers, answering phones, and assisting the general manager in the day to day operations. You must be able to work both independently & as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry would be considered an asset.
Must have experience in the following:
MS Office Programs
ISN, ComplyWorks, Pics
Oildex (ADP Open Invoice), Cortex, Jobutrax
Wages will be dependent on experience.
