Coordinator - Operations
-Previous experience within a field, dispatching, purchasing, or human resources position
-Proficient with MS Office and other computer programs
-Familiar with local oilfield supply stores and equipment vendors would be considered an asset
-Excellent communication, team building, and motivational skills
-Positive, can-do attitude
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

About the Role
The Coordinator - Operations is the central nervous system of our organization; working with all levels of the organization and is responsible and accountable to ensure that sufficient support is given to operations. They are the first point of contact in the field office for field support, material and equipment needs, and potential workers seeking employment. They will schedule, coordinate and dispatch resources (manpower, equipment and supplies) to all project sites, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues and activities regarding field personnel, material, and equipment.
